Increasing the number of elderly people who need health care will increase as time goes by resulting in increased population growth, so that smart health services are needed to be able to serve all requests that require health care or patients. The main problem in this research is how to provide services as much as possible by utilizing existing facilities and taking into account all the costs incurred. To carry out mathematical modeling calculations this research is used the Linear Interactive and Discrete Optimizer (LINDO) modeling application. From the modeling results obtained information that the maximum value of the objective function is 88 and the optimal decision variable value, and allowable increase on the variable increase in value so as not to change the optimal value of the decision variable.
