Thearticle provides an overview of the recent literature on the state of hemocoagulation in the viral disease COVID-19 causedby SARS-CoV-2. The issues of its pathogenesis are considered and assumptions are made about the possible benefits of patientsfromthe use of medications that aect the platelet units.
