Penelitian pengaruh dosis pupuk guano terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas kangkung (Ipomea aquatica) dilakukan di Desa Arongan, Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir, Kabupaten Nagan Raya, mulai bulan Oktober sampai November 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAK). Faktor pertama adalah pupuk guano yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan G0 (kontrol), G1 (5 g/pupuk guano polibag), G2 (10 g/pupuk guano polibag), dan G3 (15g/pupuk guano polibag). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan V1 (varietas bika) dan V2 (varietas bisi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi pada variabel bobot segar. Perlakuan pemupukan Guano berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot segar, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 15 HST, jumlah daun pada 22 HST dan 29 HST. Pengaruh varietas sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 15 HST, jumlah daun pada 22 HST dan 29 HST, dan bobot segar, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 22 HST dan 29 HST, dan jumlah daun pada 15 HST.
Research on the effect of guano fertilizer dosage on growth and yield of several varieties of kale (Ipomea aquatica) was conducted in Arongan Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency, starting from October to November 2021. The design used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor was guano fertilizer which consisted of 4 treatment levels G0 (control), G1 (5 g/polybag guano fertilizer), G2 (10 g/polybag guano fertilizer), and G3 (15g/polybag guano fertilizer). The second factor was the variety which consisted of 2 levels of treatment V1 (bika variety) and V2 (bisi variety). The results showed that there was an interaction on the fresh weight variable. Guano fertilizer treatment gave a very significant effect on fresh weight, and significantly affected plant height at 15 DAP, number of leaves at 22 DAP and 29 DAP. The effect of variety had a very significant effect on plant height at 15 DAP, number of leaves at 22 DAP and 29 DAP, and fresh weight, and significantly affected plant height at 22 DAP and 29 DAP, and number of leaves at 15 DAP.
