Starting from the importance of China’s water conservancy project management, it explains the main contents of water conservancy project management, and on this basis, proposes innovative strategies and methods to improve the management level of China’s water conservancy projects: transforming the concept of project management personnel, improving the scientific and technological content of water conservancy project management, and strengthening The understanding of project management, expand capital investment and strengthen the training of water conservancy project management personnel.
