.This study aims to find out the relationship of Islamic work ethic with agent performance, relationship of educational background with agent performance and to know the relationship simultaneously between Islamic work ethic and educational background with agent performance in Pru Khalifah PT.Prudential Sharia Insurance Bandung Branch.The research method in this study uses quantitative method, with primary data source and data processing using SPSS program. The results showed that there is a relationship between Islamic work ethic and agent performance based on the acquisition of Chi-Square test value P=0.00<0.05, there is a relationship between educational background and agent performance based on the acquisition of Chi-Square P test score= 0.34<0.05, and there is a concurrent relationship between Islamic work ethic and educational background with the performance of agents (employees) based on the significance of multiple correlation test values F Change = 0.000< 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara etika kerja Islam dengan kinerja agen, hubungan antara latar belakang pendidikan dengan kinerja agen dan untuk mengetahui hubungan secara bersamaan antara etika kerja Islam dan latar belakang pendidikan dengan kinerja agen di Pru Khalifah PT.Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Prudential Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sumber primer dan pengolahan data menggunakan program Sofware SPSS 2.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara etika kerja Islam dengan kinerja agen berdasar pada perolehan nilai uji Chi-Square P = 0.00< 0.05, terdapat hubungan antara latar belakang pendidikan dengan kinerja agen berdasar pada perolehan nilai uji Chi-Square P = 0.34 < 0.05, dan terdapat hubungan secara bersamaan yakni antara variabel etika kerja Islam dan latar belakang pendidikan dengan kinerja agen (karyawan) berdasarkan perolehan signifikansi nilai uji korelasi berganda F Change = 0.000< 0.05.
