Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Efektivitas Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

, One of the success factors of a company or organization can be seen from the leadership and communication effectiveness factors within the company. Leadership and Communication effectiveness is two of the factors that will affect human resources in order to be able to bring out the potential possessed by employees. The research method used is descriptive research and verification research by operating calculations using the IBM SPSS 25 program. Respondents in this research are employees at PT. Bumi Matra Indonesia, totaling 46 people, using a sampling technique. The variables studied and studied in this study are Leadership (X1) and Communication effectiveness (X2) on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y).From the results of this study, it can be concluded that leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, which is equal to 0,1%. Communication effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely equal to 62,8%. Leadership and Communication effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance that is equal to 79,9%. From this study it can be concluded that there is an influence between Leadership and Communication effectiveness on the performance of PT. Bumi Matra Indonesia, Bandung Abstrak, Salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dapat dilihat dari faktor kepemimpinan dan Efektivitas Komunikasi di dalam perusahaan. Kepemimpinan dan Efektivitas Komunikasi merupakan dua faktor yang akan mempengaruhi sumber daya manusia agar mampu mengeluarkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian verifikatif dengan operasi perhitungan menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Bumi Matra Indonesia yang berjumlah 46 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Variabel yang diteliti dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Efektivitas Komunikasi (X2) terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yaitu sebesar 0,1%. Efektivitas Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 62,8%. Kepemimpinan dan Efektivitas Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 79,9%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan dan Efektivitas Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja PT. Bumi Matra Indonesia, Bandung.
