To compare the influence of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) and traditional operation on the nervous system function and the serum leu-enkephalin (LEK), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2) in patients with senile lumbar spinal stenosis.
