In an effort to enhance school library programs in Germany, two teacher librarians from Germany visited the United States to learn from U.S. teacher librarians.... The purpose of this research was to investigate this international exchange of best practices, through documenting and analyzing the German teacher librarians' learning experiences, and the resulting implementation of the best practices in multiple school situations in Germany.
