This article discusses the role of the University of Maribor Library in the process of library information literacy training for high school students of Maribor, Slovenia. Based on the annual education plan Library Information Literacy Training for High School Students at the University of Maribor Library (UKM) in the 2009/2010 academic year, in this paper, we describe that development and content of education modules offered to high school students by the University of Maribor Library. We then present the students' evaluation of the quality of the modules and the level of fulfilled expectations of the students.
