The Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation was very fortunate in having Pro fessor Charles J. Meyers as Seminar Commentator at its Ninth Annual Research Seminar in Oil and Gas Law. Professor Meyers is distinguished oil and gas law teacher, is the author of numerous articles on oil and gas law and is the coauthor of Williams and Meyers, Oil and Gas Law. Professor Meyers was gracious enough to commit the following of his comments at the seminar to writing.
