MUSIC AND SOCIETY

Man is a social animal, hence music also has a special place in the society due to its connection with humans. Man originated with creation as an integral element of creation. This is the reason why a man tied in the periphery of birth and death was born by collecting sanskars from the world itself. He saw with eyes, heard with ears and experienced with the senses and sanskars were formed in him. For this reason, man became a thoughtful creature (zippadahpandpun) and then he became a signifying creature (jansapapamandpun) and due to these two reasons he became a social animal (javapapanspandpuns). मनुष्य एक सामाजिक प्राणी है, इसलिये संगीत भी मनुष्य से जुड़ा होने के कारण समाज में अपना एक विशेष स्थान रखता है। मनुष्य सृष्टि के अंगभूत तत्त्व के रूप में सृष्टि के साथ ही उत्पन्न हुआ। यही कारण है कि जन्म-मरण की परिधि में बँधा मनुष्य सृष्टि से ही संस्कार बटोरकर उत्पन्न हुआ। उसने आँखों से देखा, कानों से सुना तथा इन्द्रियों से अनुभव किया और उसमें संस्कार बन गये। इसी कारण मनुष्य एक चिन्तनशील प्राणी (ज्ीपदापदह ंदपउंस) बना और फिर वाचक प्राणी (ज्ंसांजपअम ंदपउंस) बना और इन्हीं दो कारणों से वह सामाजिक प्राणी (ैवबपंस ।दपउंस) बना।
