The word education is derived from the Sanskrit ‘Shasa’ metal which means to teach, to instruct, to command. Education is a process that is enlightened with practice and experience through which the widows of a qualified or unqualified person can be refined. In fact, education means learning of a student.Swami Vivekananda is of the opinion that "education is to express the inherent perfection of man."The English translation of education is mkanbanjpavad. This word is from the Latin language, which means to develop or remove.
शिक्षा शब्द संस्कृत के ‘शास’ धातु से बना है जिसका अर्थ है शिक्षा देना, निर्देश देना, आज्ञा देना। शिक्षा एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जो ज्ञान विद्या अभ्यास व अनुभव से युक्त है जिसके माध्यम से योग्य या अयोग्य व्यक्ति की वृŸिायों का परिष्कार किया जा सकता है। वास्तव में शिक्षा का अर्थ है किसी विद्यार्थी के सीखने की क्रिया।स्वामी विवेकानन्द का मत है ‘‘मनुष्य की अन्तर्निहित पूर्णता को अभिव्यक्त करना ही शिक्षा है।शिक्षा का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद म्कनबंजपवद है यह शब्द लैटिन भाषा से है, जिसका अर्थ है- विकसित करना अथवा निकालना।
