INNOVATIONS IN MUSIC THERAPY "IN THE CONTEXT OF PSYCHIATRY"

Music, singing and dance is the inclusion of all the three arts. In which singing and playing can be understood and realized only through Karna i.e. without looking. Both the senses work in understanding the dance, that is, even a visually impaired person can taste the music. The fundamental factor of music is - sound. When the sound waves are received by the air, the brain receives information through the ear, then we understand that someone in front is speaking or singing or playing. Through research and mechanical experiments, sound waves have been made known to scientists very finely. A sound with very low movement cannot be heard by the human ear and even a very loud sound cannot be heard by a human. गायन वादन एवं नृत्य तीनों कलाओं के समावेश को संगीत कहा गया है। जिसमें गायन एवं वादन को केवल कर्ण के द्वारा अर्थात् बिना देखे हुए भी समझा एवं रससिक्त हुआ जा सकता है। नृत्य को समझने में दोनों ज्ञानेन्द्रिया कार्य करती है, अर्थात् एक दृष्टिहीन व्यक्ति भी संगीत का रसास्वादन कर सकता है। संगीत का मूलभूत कारक है- ध्वनि। वायु द्वारा ध्वनि तरंगों को जब कर्ण के माध्यम से मस्तिष्क को सूचना प्राप्त होती है, तब हमें यह समझ में आता है, कि सामने वाला कोई बोल रहा है अथवा गा रहा है अथवा वादन कर रहा है। अनुसंधान एवं यांत्रिकीय प्रयोगों द्वारा ध्वनि तरंगों को वैज्ञानिकों ने अत्यन्त सूक्ष्म रूप से ज्ञात कर लिया है। अत्यधिक कम आंदोलन वाली ध्वनि मानव के कर्ण को सुनाई नहीं देती और अत्यधिक तेज ध्वनि भी मानव नहीं सुन सकता है।
