Kata Kunci : Erapan P, Fosfat Alam, Gambut, PurunAbstractThe objective of this research are to study the effect of Eleocharis compost and rock phosphate on soil reaction and sorption of phosphate onto peat soils. The research was conducted in completely randomized design with two factor and three replicates.  First factor are level of Eleocharis compost  (0, 10 and 20 ton/ha) and second factor are level of rock phosphate (0, 45, 90 and 135 ton/ha).  The result showed that application of Eleocharis compost increased Langmuir constant and amount of phosphate absorbents on peat soils, while application of rock phosphate decreased amount of phosphate absorbents.  Interaction between Eleocharis compost and rock phosphate have significantly effect to decreased soil acidity. Keywords : P-sorption, Rock Phosphate, Peat, Eleocharis Grass
