The article provides an analysis of statistical data on the application of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the innovation sphere and in creating the infrastructure of the digital economy in foreign countries and Russia. The relevance, current trends, problems and directions of increasing the effectiveness of PPPs in the implementation of the program «Digital Economy of Russia» are shown.
