The article presents a structural and functional model of the development of the strategy of technological development of the instrument-making enterprise, which is considered as one of the tools for the development of the strategy of technological development. The presented model is based on the traditional representation of the main stages of strategic management and supplemented with elements related to the specifics of the instrument industry.
