The article deals with the problem of corporate fraud within the framework of the economic security system. The authors assess the damage caused by organized crime. Since corporate fraud is implemented with the involvement of third parties, exactly business counterparties, the authors have developed and proposed a method for conducting manual scoring of counterparties for due diligence.
