The article is devoted to the study of the state of the chemical industry in terms of economic security. The article presents the main indicators of the export and import of chemical products in Russia in the conditions of the crisis, together with this, the definition of the economic security of chemical enterprises is clarified, and the main specific threats to the economic safety of chemical enterprises are identified and considered.
