The article substantiates and graphically presents a set of contradictions that determine the modern dialectic of the development of the illegal activity sector in the financial market. The complex of factors influencing the development of the illegal activity sector in the financial market is systematized. A system of indicators-factors that determine (characterize) the development of the illegal activity sector in the financial market has been developed.
