Insurance is an important element of the functioning of the infrastructure of market relations in any industrially developed country. The activity of insurance companies abroad allows accumulating huge financial resources. This contributes to the fact that the insurance sector begins to compete fiercely with the banking sector, investment and mutual funds, and also has a significant impact on the economy of the state, acting as a major investor in the national economy.
