Higher education is one of the Central subsystems of the social segment of the country, which provides individuals with ways to obtain comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for their effective implementation in a professional manner and to meet the many needs of the individual, the population and the state.
In the course of consumption, educational services are transformed into a labor force, whose quality indicators depend on both the unity of the provided educational services, and on the quantitative and qualitative criteria of personal labor that were spent during the process of receiving such services, the individual's abilities, and the level of their implementation.
