An effective complex of personnel security of the company is the basis for its continuous improvement. Rational implementation of human resources makes it possible to minimize the risks of production hazards, provide continuity of production and, consequently, increase the economic efficiency of the entire company. Indicators of the state of personnel security in order to maintain it are taken by the report at the time of recruitment, formed by the use of a motivational complex in relation to it and the formation of loyalty to the company in the personnel, in addition, it concerns the procedure for personnel dismissal.
