The existing residual potential of the high-tech segment of the domestic industry is a higher priority base for the independence of Russia in terms of technology and economic security of the respective companies.
The expansion of the scale of high-tech production is actually the only chance for Russia to build the current economy on the orientation to the world powers and to maintain its own status among the economically developed countries.
