All organizations operating in a modern market economy are exposed to threats associated with both external influences (external threats) and those coming from the internal environment of the organization. Enterprises of the construction industry are working in conditions of reduced investment in construction, falling sales markets, which entails an increase in the company's debt. The article discusses the threats to economic security faced by enterprises operating in the construction industry, formulates criteria and requirements for assessing the economic security of enterprises in the construction industry.
