The economic security of an economic entity presupposes the existence of competitive advantages due to the correspondence of the financial and personnel potentials and organizational structure of the enterprise to its strategic goals and objectives. The article substantiates the feasibility of applying the process approach and proposes a business process for the interaction of the dispatch and forwarding services as a priority regulated process to increase the level of economic security of a transport enterprise.
