Annotation: the article examines the concept of law and order and its basic component – legality through the prism of aspects of justice. The authors analyze the statement about the possibility of the existence and actual application of the concept of a fair legal order. Based on this reasoning, they assume that the of rule law as an integral phenomenon cannot be fair, justifying this by its dependence on public relations, which it protects.
