The article examines the phenomenon of organized cybercrime in modern conditions of digital transformation of social relations. The authors note that despite the lack of a uniform understanding of organized cybercrime in legal science and in practice, which, accordingly, determines the problem of conceptualization of organized crime in cyberspace, it is still possible to identify and analyze the characteristic features of this phenomenon in the context of digital transformation of social relations.
