The article examines the state of the administrative and tort legislation of the EAEU member states in the field of consumer protection. The analysis shows that all the EAEU member states have developed quite detailed legislation in the field of state regulation of the production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages, the norms of which require adequate administrative and tort protection.
