The article discusses some topical issues of determining the estimated cost of construction at the early stages of the life cycle of investment and construction projects. A technique for calculating the estimated cost of construction using several analogous objects is proposed. Research of the algorithm and results of calculations performed according to the proposed method were carried out. Conclusions on the work of the methodology and the scope of its application are formed.
