Abstract This scientific opinion of EFSA deals with the risk assessment of the polymeric additive (methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene, glycidyl methacrylate) copolymer, CAS No. 37953–21‐2, REF. No. 66765 for which the CEF Panel concluded that there is no safety concern for the consumer if the substance is used only up to 2% w/w in rigid poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) materials at room temperature or below.
