The basic principles of energy policy in agriculture include: solution of social problems of the village, stable and reliable fuel–and energy-saving, environmental safety of energy facilities and technologies, intense energy, the use of automated technology and high-quality fuel, increasing use of natural gas, electricity, solar energy and biomass, the development of small power. Based on the force analysis of the conical screw, expressions are obtained that allow us to theoretically determine the possible occurrence of maximum pressure and the performance of such presses.
