The article considers the influence of liquid meliorants on the physical properties of the soil. The main properties that were determined after the passage of the working body for making liquid ameliorants on the control plot of land were the filtration coefficient, porosity, humidity and the bulk density of the soil. Studies were conducted according to approved standards. As a result, the obtained values make it possible to judge the effectiveness of the use of liquid ameliorants in agricultural production. Thus, the soil moisture values in the zone of direct application of ameliorants at a depth of 30 cm are within 47%, which creates comfortable conditions for feeding the roots of plants in arid time.
