Microdontia is a tooth size disorder that is smaller than normal teeth. It can cause diastemawith the adjacent tooth. This condition can interfere with the patient’s self-confidence. One of thetreatment choices for microdontia is jacket crown restoration. It provides an ideal anatomicalshape so that fulfills the aesthetic function of the teeth. The current case report aims to describethe treatment of microdontia maxillary right lateral incisors. A composite resin jacket crown waschosen for the treatment.
