The article analyzes the state of the problem of developing an information system of legal protection of intellectual property. Features of the concept of "intellectual property" are considered. The authors analyze the use of information and telecommunication systems in the field of legal protection of intellectual property. Possibilities of intensification of information process development in the field of intellectual property protection are shown and analyzed. A database has been developed to solve the problem of intellectual property legal protection software.
