The article outlines the results of experimental work on the process of formation of the professional position of future medical professionals, namely: the implementation of methodological literacy, as one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional position of medical students. In addition, the stages of conducting experimental work are determined: theoretical, formative, final. At the same time, the effectiveness of the qualitative model of the level of formation of the professional position of future medical workers, developed by us in previous studies; formation of criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity) is characterized; statistical data were compiled and compared in control and experimental groups regarding the level of formation of the professional position of future medical professionals.
