RESUMENEl presente artículo aborda el fenómeno del incesto haciendo énfasis en las diferentes implicaciones que toca dentro de las ciencias sociales y biológicas, cuestiones previas necesarias para la cristalización de expresiones psicológicas, médicas, culturales y sociales que deben considerarse para elaborar una regulación jurídica con eficacia real.
