With the continuous development of the curriculum reform, situational teaching, which is fitted to promote the development of quality education, is increasingly showing its unique advantages. Situational teaching is the negation of the traditional teaching method. This teaching model is supported by constructivism and the theory of humanism. This paper explores the operational links of “Moral and Rule of Law” in junior high schools and discusses the practical significance of situational teaching for the education in China.
