Human resource management has become the core of power enterprise management in our country. The relevant management activities of power enterprise must be carried out by around people. Thus, in order to improve their competitive strength and expand market share, power enterprise should focus to the construction of internal advanced technology talents. With this, the internal talent development ability can be improved and the talent strength of the power enterprise can be enhanced.
