The teaching ability of college teachers is analyzed and there is a realization of the necessity to improve the teaching ability in colleges and universities in view of the new era. The core purpose of this paper is to summarize the factors that affect the teachers’ teaching ability, construct targeted strategies to improve the comprehensive quality of college teachers, as well as to provide reference for educational innovation and the education system reform.
