This study aims to analyze education for liberation; need-based leadership and learning in Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga education. The research method that was used in this research was qualitative. The data source was the head of Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga, a companion, and students. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document study. The data validity technique by using triangulation, the data analysis technique used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study are found that there is the exploration of potential as a basis for leadership participation and empowerment in Qaryah Thayyibah; the development and performance evaluation as the basis for leadership and learning in Qaryah Thayyibah. Conclusion: Leadership rests on exploring potential, developing, and evaluating performance. Suggestion, to the head of Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga to keep the educational chain as the basis of learning by maintaining the principles that are owned both in learning and in management.
