黄固铁路特大桥由于在原位浇筑后施工空间不足需将梁浇筑后将处于高位的梁体落回设计位置。通过设计落梁钢管支架、垫块及纠偏装置保证落梁后梁体姿态符合设计方案。在落梁设计过程中考虑了地基承载力、支架稳定性、位置纠偏等问题并结合监控测量解决了梁体下降的同步性、高精度高位落梁等重点难度问题。
