企业人力资源管理中的培训是指企业通过各种方式和资源使员工满足所在岗位的胜任力素质要求进而可以高效完成岗位工作。培训体系是指企业为了保证员工顺利获取满足岗位胜任力素质要求的各种知识技能而制定的制度流程、课程计划、测评方案。良好的培训体系可以有效保证培训效果。国有企业应重视人才的培养与开发工作应根据员工职级和所处业务板块的不同建立分层次、分模块的培训体系。
