The article analyzes views and assessments of South Korean scientific and political community of Russia's Turn to the East foreign policy. The author came to the conclusion that experts are carrying out comprehensive studies of the development of relations between Russia and South Korea at the regional level as an important direction for developing the economic potential and solving geopolitical issues. More over the experts point out strong and weak aspects of the Russian Far Eastern foreign policy and suggest possible variants for their solution.
