The demographic situation in Russia continues to be unfavorable. Despite all the measures taken, threats to the health of the nation do not disappear, and a number of chronic diseases are "rejuvenated". One of the reasons for this is the lifestyle that most of the population leads: poor nutrition, sedentary work, spending leisure time on the Internet and social networks. As a result, this leads to a reduction in the level of physical performance of the population in the economy. One of the important measures taken by the state is to promote a healthy lifestyle that will prevent a whole range of diseases. However, the implementation of these tasks requires financial resources. Most of the problems in the sphere of physical culture and sports are solved only by increasing state funding. However, sports facilities mainly cover only the population aged 4 to 23 years. The majority of other age groups are forced to study either independently or in commercial institutions. All expenses related to the purchase of these services are paid from the personal funds of citizens and are not encouraged by the state in any way. Therefore, many people do not play sports with the necessary frequency due to their inaccessibility and employment. State budget institutions in the field of mass sports are quite small, and the choice of services provided there is very limited. At the same time, the world does not stand still, but constantly creates and develops new methods, directions and projects in the field of mass sports development.
