At the present stage, in conditions of market instability, the volume of financial resources of many companies is decreasing. Against this background, in order to improve the efficiency of companies in any sphere, first of all, it is necessary to pay attention to the process of managing financial (cash) flows based on the specifics of their activities. The source of incoming flows of housing and communal services management companies are payments by the population for utilities, housing, other services and major repairs, which are mandatory payments and contributions. Thus, incoming flows are fundamental and form the revenue side of the company's total turnover. These companies, whose activities are related to work with the population, experience constant difficulties in terms of ensuring a balance in cash flows. The current state of affairs is aggravated by the crisis in the economy caused by the coronavirus and, as a result, a decrease in the population's ability to pay. The balance of cash flows in practice is achieved with the help of well-organized management, using methods that meet modern realities. In particular, the parity management style, in which there is a balance of interests of all participants in financial relations, is gaining relevance.
