Дается краткая характеристика проекта создания системы информационного обеспечения инновационной экономики Казахстана. Приводится состав подсистем и их краткое описание. Формулируются требования к подсистеме ввода информации. Раскрываются особенности структуры базы метаданных, описывающих мировые информационные ресурсы, релевантные задачам развития инновационной деятельности в Республике Казахстан. Описываются используемые справочники и тематические рубрикаторы. Приводятся диаграммы прецедентов, иллюстрирующие функции для различных типов пользователей. Дается пример интерфейса подсистемы ввода метаданных. Brief description of the project to create Information Support System for Innovative Economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan is given. Composition of subsystems and their brief description are given. Requirements for the information input subsystem are formulated. Features of the structure of the metadata base are revealed that describe world information resources that are relevant to the tasks of the development of innovative activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Description of directories and subject headings are described. Use case diagrams illustrating functions for different types of users are provided. Example metadata input subsystem interface is presented.
