В статье представлен результат исследования процесса обеспечения реализации образовательных программ среднего профессионального образования нормативно-правовой документацией. Показана значимость среднего профессионального образования в национальной системе образования. Проведен анализ иерархии построения правового регулирования отношений в сфере среднего профессионального образования и современного состояние существующей нормативной правовой базы, направленной на управление системой среднего профессионального образования. Существующая база нормативно-правовой документации является многоуровневой, включает широкий комплекс документов, обеспечивающих сопровождение реализации образовательных программ среднего профессионального образования, развитие и совершенствование профобразования в соответствии с новыми трендами современности, вызванными нарастающим потоком технологических инноваций эпохи цифровизации. The article presents the result of the study of the process of ensuring the implementation of educational programs of secondary vocational education with regulatory and legal documentation. The importance of secondary vocational education in the national education system is shown. An analysis of the hierarchy of the structure of legal regulation of relations in the field of secondary vocational education and the current state of the existing regulatory legal framework aimed at managing the system of secondary vocational education was carried out. The existing framework of regulatory and legal documentation is multilevel, includes a wide range of documents that provide support for the implementation of educational programs of secondary vocational education, the development and improvement of vocational education in accordance with new trends of our time, caused by the growing flow of technological innovations of the digitalization era.
