Landscape in the creative work of Stanislav Zhukovsky (1873-1944)

Среди мастеров русской пейзажной живописи конца XIX – начала XX столетия, определивших ее лицо, важно отметить Станислава Юлиановича Жуковского (1873-1944) – выдающегося мастера дореволюционной и предреволюционной России. Его работы пронизаны человечностью, лиризмом, природа в них, выражаясь словами И.И. Левитана (1860-1900), «профильтрована через темперамент художника». В самой любви художника к русской природе, в существе его интереса к многообразным проявлениям ее жизни заключены, прежде всего, традиции саврасовско-поленовской школы. Он опирался в своем творчестве не только на пейзаж настроения И.И. Левитана, но и использовал опыт В.А. Серова (1865-1911) и К.А. Коровина (1861-1939), не повторяя ни одного из них. Among the masters of Russian landscape painting of the late XIX – of the early XX century, who defined her face, it is important to note Stanislav Yulianovich Zhukovsky (1873-1944) – an outstanding master of pre-revolutionary and pre-revolutionary Russia. His works are imbued with humanity, lyricism, the nature in them, in the words of I.I. Levitan (1860-1900), «filtered through the temperament of the artist». In the artist's love for Russian nature, in the essence of his interest in the diverse manifestations of her life are concluded, first of all, the traditions of the Savrasovsko-Polenov school. He relied in his work not only on the landscape mood of I.I. Levitan, but also used the experience of V.A. Serov (1865-1911) and K.A. Korovin (1861-1939), without repeating any of them.
