В статье исследуется проблема формирования образа «Святой Руси» в творческом наследии архимандрита Леонида (Кавелина). Дается определение концепта «Святой Руси» как ценностного основания для формирования русской культуры. Цель работы — показать особенности формирования русской идентичности, опирающейся на православное понимание смысла человеческого бытия. Научная новизна заключается в обосновании взаимопронизанности духовных постулатов православной веры с потребностями духовного развития современной России. Методами исследования выступают абстрактно-логический метод, структурный и сравнительный анализ, сложившиеся в традиции русской религиозной философии. The article examines the problem of the formation of the image of "Holy Russia" in the creative heritage of Archimandrite Leonid (Kavelin). The definition of the concept of "Holy Russia" is given as a value basis for the formation of Russian culture. The purpose of the work is to show the features of the formation of Russian identity based on the Orthodox understanding of the meaning of human existence. Scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of the interpenetration of the spiritual postulates of the Orthodox faith with the needs of the spiritual development of modern Russia. The research methods are the abstract-logical method, structural and comparative analysis, which have developed in the tradition of Russian religious philosophy.
