The Article presents the Russian Development Model of the National (State) Bibliography. There is provided information on the “Program of Development of the Retrospective National Bibliography of the Russian Federation (up to 2010)” and the “Program of Development of the National Bibliography in the Russian Federation till 2020”. There are introduced the Main Directions of Activities in this area of Bibliography at the Federal and Regional levels.
